Why isn't an alarm showing as ready?
Check that Alarm Access is enabled in NextWake and iPhone Settings. Then open Settings → Reliability in NextWake and choose “Verify alarms now.” Review the status card on Today for any message that needs attention.
How far ahead does NextWake schedule alarms?
NextWake registers alarms for a rolling 30-day window. Your weekly rules and future date changes remain saved; farther-out alarms enter scheduling as their dates move into that window.
Will NextWake change alarms in the Clock app?
No. NextWake manages only alarms created in NextWake. iPhone Clock alarms stay separate, so turn off any duplicate Clock alarm yourself if you do not want both to ring.
Are task reminders or evening reviews backup alarms?
No. They are optional notifications for planning and tasks. Wake-up alarms are scheduled separately with iOS and should be checked using NextWake's alarm readiness status.
Where is my schedule stored?
Your profiles, plans, notes, tasks, settings, and history stay on your device. NextWake has no account, analytics service, backend, or cloud sync. See the Privacy Policy.
